My Favorite Perfumes

I haven't done a beauty post in a while, so I thought it would be fun to share with you guys a list of my current favorite perfumes! I have always considered perfume to be an invisible secret weapon - a component of your look that is just as vital as the clothing and accessories you wear each day. I always wear perfume every time I go out, and I absolutely love the transformative effects that come with each spritz. Perfumes carry different aesthetics and identities, and it's exciting to be able to switch from one to another via one simple spray. Most of these fragrances are floral based, as that is my favorite kind of scent and is also one that I find to be very versatile. It can work for both day and night looks, and it's also easy on the senses. While some of these may seem similar to one another, they've all got their own unique flares that make them stand out in their own way. They all hold their own special spot in my rather modest perfume collection, and they all make getting fabulous each day that much easier!

It's common knowledge by now that everything Chloé produces is, like, absolutely flawless, so naturally their fragrances are no exception. Love Story is an ultra chic fragrance that should be present in every fashionista's perfume collection. I'm not exactly a fragrance connoisseur so forgive my relatively amateur descriptions, but I would say this scent is very sophisticated, modern, and feminine. It is, to it simply, the perfect representation of the Chloé girl. I'm so glad I got the larger size bottle of this because I can definitely see myself wearing it for a long time!

This is a super fresh, flirty and somewhat fruity scent that I have absolutely loved for years now. Both the perfume and the packaging are feminine and modern, and Dior itself has always been one of my favorite fashion houses. The name of this fragrance is rather fitting, as I really was addicted to it the moment I got it! I desperately need to get a refill on it though, since the last one I got was almost 3 years ago. Also, does anybody else remember the absolutely flawless campaign with Daphne Groeneveld?

Have you ever sprayed a perfume sample on yourself and immediately, without any hesitation whatsoever, knew that you just had to have it? Yeah, that's exactly what happened with this one right here. It was literally love at first spray. This scent is so intoxicating, so pretty, and so romantic. And roses are my favorite flower, so it was already a winner to begin with. Out of all the fragrances listed here, this is probably the one I wear the most at the moment.

I featured this fragrance in the first beauty post I made on here, and I still stand by it half a year later. It's potent, sexy and something that I love to rock when I want to incorporate a bit more glamor into my look. Also, the bottle itself is a stunning piece of blush perfection that totally satisfies interior design goals.

Ahh, this fragrance takes me back. Perfumes always remind me of certain moments in my life where I wore them the most, and this scent takes me back to the start of my senior year in high school where I was obsessed with Kate Moss's grunge phase in the '90s (still am, tbh) and blasted My Bloody Valentine in my car at all times. The campaign for this fragrance at the time was absolute perfection. It featured some of my favorite models, Abbey Lee Kershaw and Lara Stone, and I find it to be the best modern reinterpretation of '90s Calvin Klein. This perfume is crisp, clean and cool. It's the Calvin Klein essence in perfume form, and it's no surprise that it has remained a classic for literally decades now. Leather jacket not included, but highly recommended.

It's no surprise that a fashion house as classic as Dior produces perfumes that are equally as iconic. I definitely consider this fragrance to be one of them, right up there with J'adore. This is a sweet and floral scent that makes we want to put on a Brigitte Bardot record and run around Paris in a sundress. I first got this fragrance when I was 16 and I believe the perfume today no longer has the "Chérie" part of its name, so pardon my super dated bottle! Just like with Addict, I clearly need to get myself a restock. While I actually haven't worn Miss Dior in a while, I still definitely consider it to be one of my all-time favorite perfumes. If you're looking for something classy, elegant and an overall fabulous representation of the Dior lady, then this is the fragrance for you.
